Jolly Wally is a sculpted and hand painted papier mache pumpkin character. He likes to clown around while donning a rounded top hat with flowered touch. Recessed eyes, brows, nose and smile add jack-o’-lantern style and dimension to this sweet guy, and rounded cheeks emphasize his delight. He wears a sculpted, scalloped collar painted in vintage green. Flying bats and big-top style stripes surround his ball-shaped base for a Happy Halloween touch.
