A look of surprise lights up the face of Wally Winter! His bulbous features, dimensional face and candy-striped nose add that special touch of JPD personality to this festive character. He wears a handmade cardboard top hat featuring Johanna’s snowbird illustration with wandering red scrolls and holly leaves. To that, black and red glass glitter rims add a sparkly trim. A petite vintage crepe bow tie completes his holiday attire. Sweet Wally is dusted with mica for added snowy shimmer! A Johanna Parker Design original!
