With a fresh blanket of snow on the ground to draw us into the new year, I was inspired to complete this whimsical Rhyme Time Original piece. I added the finishing touches to sweet "Charlie Cheers" on January 1st. He is my first New Year's-themed piece and is accompanied by a matching rhyme.
