ABOUT ORDERING

This is your chance to adopt an Artist-Signed collectible reproduction directly from Johanna Parker. She has hand-selected some of her favorite characters from her current line of licensed folk art being produced by Bethany Lowe Designs. All pieces will be inspected and occasionally retouched by Johanna to meet her satisfaction. They will ship directly from JPD to you! Your pre-paid orders need to be received by May 1st so production can ensue and items can be handled, signed and delivered in time for this year’s Halloween. Thank you for your interest!

Please make sure you place your order & pre-pay by May 1st so your request will be included in our production total. Click on the “Email to Order” text link below a product. Within your email, please include the name of the piece/s you wish to adopt as well as your shipping information & a phone number to share with UPS.

We will email you a secure Invoice via Square Merchant Service which offers standard credit card payment options. Please keep an eye on your spam folder as well as your inbox, as invoices often land there. Receipt of payment will reserve your production order. Our process is a labor of love, unpacking, inspecting, often re-touching, signing each and then preparing the orders for shipment. During a big web sale, Johanna and JP will tag-team the steps and spend quite a few late nights in their dungeon, preparing the orders. Fortunately, Jack is there to try out the boxes before they ship!

To package your orders, most shipping materials are recycled and boxes are sourced from Johanna and JP's favorite organic grocer. So, if a package arrives with refrigeration warnings or a "perishable" label, no worries. The contents should be just fine, especially after the boxes are thoroughly inspected by their black cat Jack! :)

ABOUT SHIPPING

Our preferred U.S. shipping carrier is UPS. Please note that we are a small company, and hence, do not benefit from corporate price breaks on shipping. Although small business shipping costs continue to rise, we do not charge our customers a handling fee. Our wish is to provide an insured, reliable & trackable shipping source that transports our product to you. With UPS, our estimated shipping price is based on your zip code, and as such, prices will vary. Damage claims are rare, but let us know asap if something has broken in transit. Photos are required to help us launch a claim and find a solution for you.

ALL International Orders will ship via the Unites States Postal Service. Please include your full address and a phone number so that we may generate a shipping quote for you. We cannot guarantee insurance or tracking on international orders.

When your orders are prepped and packaged this fall, expect an email update with your tracking number and a confirmation request, which allows us to ship your items. We will await your A-OK to ship your package. In the event you may be out of town, we will hold your package until it is safe to ship. :-)
